chakra stimulation.

The body of the Mantram
has 12 ajnapadaani (Imperatives or Orders to the Shaktis) – addressed to Maha
Bhairav also addresses as Vishweswar.
[Note: ‘12’ being a
standard number of ajnapadaani in hostile rituals.

To me, it appears to be a
Mantra rites to Maha Bhairava ordering Him to bring about doom and destruction
of enemy. It is a hostile ritual.
